A 36-year-old man was arrested in the city of Oncativo, in Córdoba, after his ex-partner and mother of his son denounced him for gender violence and released a video in which he is seen

regarding an alleged infidelity
and the visit of the son they have in common.
According to some witnesses, the altercation became increasingly violent and, as seen in the video, the aggressor, identified as
José Viale
, extracted a hammer from his car and hit the lights and the door of his partner's car, that was parked, and then retired.
The sequence was recorded by the victim herself.
While filming it, the woman tells him that she has no way to defend herself and reproaches him that he physically attacked her.
“You made me crap, look how you left me.
You just screwed me up.
What do you have in your head ”, is the reproach of the woman in the video.
The assailant was filmed hammering his ex's car that was parked.
"Film, film if that's what you want!" Viale said from his car.
In addition to the video, some audios were circulated, presumably of the attacker, in which he threatens to kill her and another person.
“You deserve death.
Right now I don't care about anything anymore.
I'm going to shit killing you and the other gil ”, he warns him.
There is another audio from Viale denounced by the victim: "What am I going to reconsider with you, all this that I am doing was achieved by you," he says to his former partner while insulting her.
As reported by the local police, the man is suspected of the crimes of qualified threats, disobedience to authority and violation of the home.
The Rio Segundo prosecutor's office, in charge of the investigation, ordered his arrest and transfer to prison No. 9, in Córdoba Capital, and in the next few hours they will take an investigative statement.
