20,499 new infections and 253 deaths are recorded in Corona in Italy

The Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 20,499 new cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours.

Reuters quoted the ministry as saying that the total number of injuries reached two million 888 thousand and 923 injuries, while the total deaths reached 97,227 deaths after 253 new deaths were recorded.

Italy still ranks eighth in the world in terms of the number of injuries and the second European in the number of deaths since the outbreak of the epidemic.
