A Nahal fighter who was wounded by gunfire at a base in the Jordan Valley died of his wounds
The soldier was evacuated on Tuesday evening for medical treatment at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital while suffering from bleeding in his head, after he was apparently hit by a bullet ejection at the end of a range.
Preliminary investigation of the incident raised suspicion that one of the commanders accidentally shot at the soldier, and he was transferred to the MPCF following the incident.

An IDF fighter who was wounded by gunfire and seriously injured at a base in the Jordan Valley died of his wounds, an IDF spokesman announced this morning (Friday).
Preliminary investigation of the incident raised suspicion that one of the commanders, a fighter from the 50th Battalion, accidentally fired at the soldier.
He was taken for questioning by the MPCF following the incident

At first, the commanders thought that the soldier had fainted and was hit in the head or that he had been hit by a stone.
At the hospital, it became clear that this was probably a shooting incident, and as a result, the investigation was opened by the MPC to clarify the circumstances of the case.
