The construction work for the district heating pipeline in Erlkamer Straße will continue from next week.

- The start took place in the late autumn of last year, then the construction work began with the winter break.
Now that the very mild temperatures have already driven the frost from the ground, things are moving on quickly: The municipal utilities will start building the district heating pipeline in Erlkamer Strasse again from next week.
However, this is also accompanied by an expected lockout of almost seven weeks.
In Erlkamer Strasse, between the railway overpass and Münchner Strasse, the municipal utilities are continuing their campaign from late autumn.
The water pipe had been reburied there to make room for the voluminous district heating pipes that are now to be installed.
The aim of the exercise is to network two district heating lines and thus two decentralized heating centers.
"If the geothermal energy as a heat supplier should ever fail, we have a double protection," said municipal utilities boss Albert Götz.
Erlkamer Straße is expected to be closed until mid-April
Erlkamer Straße is closed in the curve area between Monday, March 1st and Friday, April 16th, the municipal utilities inform.
The diversion takes place via Münchner Straße, Nordspange (Kreisstraße MB 9) and Rosenheimer Straße (MB 4).
And the construction site has other consequences.
On the one hand, the adjacent recycling island on Erlkamer Straße is also not accessible during the period in question.
And the local bus cannot go to several stops due to the construction site, namely Blumenstraße, Am Ladehof, Bahnhof East Entrance, Föchinger Straße Playground and Eichenfeldstraße, reports the market community.
So the construction site is likely to move on
Once the work on Erlkamer Strasse has been completed, the construction site moves on to Münchner Strasse.
Between the book corner and the train station a tear is made in order to lay district heating pipes there too.
A full closure will probably be necessary again, which will then affect one of the main thoroughfares in Holzkirchen.
Before the end of this year, the civil engineers of the municipal works want to continue to work their way up to St. Josef-Straße, up to the level of Dekan-Imminger-Straße.
