Negative emotions and thoughts have appeared with greater recurrence since the beginning of confinement and movement restrictions.

But it is the feeling of uncertainty, perhaps, which is linked to this phenomenon.

Dr. Mario Alonso Puig, surgeon and author of several books, including "Reinventing yourself: your second chance," explains how the different sections of the brain work with respect to negative emotions and thoughts.

Guillermo Arduino asked Dr. Puig if self-esteem is one of the pillars to get ahead.
