The most exotic: Kitchen Ter (re)
Fly to South-East Asia thanks to the broths of Kitchen Ter (re), the third address of the star-studded plant addict William Ledeuil, led by the young and talented Pandora Métayer.
Choice of three starters and three dishes of organic ancient wheat pasta (the second pillar of the restaurant with the broths) deliciously scented and covered with fresh herbs, subtly merging Asia, France and Italy, just like pork ravioli, Thai broth and marinated papaya or durum wheat swirls, suckling lamb breast, tangy Greek yogurt condiment and satay hazelnut crunchy.
Without forgetting, among the three desserts, the very gourmet gianduja, crunchy feuillantine and vanilla mascarpone.
