Democratic US Senator Tim Kane has asserted that “offensive military actions” without congressional approval are unconstitutional.
Sputnik quoted Senator Kane as saying in a statement that the American people deserve to see clarifications from the administration regarding these actions that have been carried out without going to Congress.
Kane called on President Joe Biden's administration to provide clarifications to Congress on the causes of the American aggression on areas in Deir Ezzor near the Syrian-Iraqi border yesterday evening.
