Through this program, Masri Zadeh hosted hundreds of craftsmen during three decades of working in brocade, Arabic calligraphy, mosaics, engraving on copper, weaving carpets, ceramics, pottery, embroidery and other various provinces, which allowed them to see the public and introduce them to their creativity.

The program’s episodes also contributed to introducing the Syrian handicraft product outside the country because the General Union of Craftsmen, which used to provide Masri Zadeh with all the facilities for the success of “Skilled Hands,” used to display these episodes through tapes recorded within all his exhibitions and foreign tours, where they were admired and appreciated.

Masri Zadeh, who accumulated various experiences during his long years in the media, confirms in an interview with SANA Cultural that his choice of this profession began with him from a young age, so he participated in children's programs, then youth, news and sports, indicating that if he had gone back in time, he would not choose others because it opened a window to the world for him. And people.

He believes that the media work in Syria is different from the previous one, as there are distinct steps in the field of qualifying and training media cadres in its various fields, especially with the existence of specialized training institutes alongside the College of Media in line with the global development, indicating the need for young people to be patient and not to rush to fame and strive to gain the necessary expertise To reach a prominent position in the field of media away from selfishness.

Masry Zadeh, who expresses his optimism about the future of the Syrian media because it has persevered and faced the most extreme types of wars, points out that our media kept pace with the events and conveyed the correct image of reality among the people and presented the martyrs, calling at the same time to create a television channel speaking in several foreign languages ​​to address the world and introduce our civilization.

And he confirms that the media work continues for life and does not retire because the experience of the old media professionals came as a result of serious and fatigue throughout the years of their career.

And the journalist, Bashar Masri Zadeh, holds a university degree in Arabic language and a certificate of weather prediction and succeeded in the competition to select broadcasters for the Syrian Arab TV in 1978 as a news anchor and worked in preparing, editing and presenting news bulletins for forty years and followed many courses inside and outside Syria and prepared and presented many news programs And cultural, documentary and assigned to several administrative tasks and represented television in conferences and foreign festivals.
