The organizer of a clandestine evening which had brought together 200 people in the suburbs of Grenoble in January, despite the 6 p.m. curfew, was sentenced Friday to a fine of 600 euros, according to the prosecution.

Tried on Friday as part of an appearance on prior admission of guilt (CRCP), he was arrested on the night of January 16 to 17 during an evening which the police had just ended.
She had been warned by a neighbor, annoyed by the noise, from an association room located in Saint-Martin-d'Hères.
While most of the 200 participants had fled when the police arrived, some had tried to resist and forced the police to use tear gas.
Besides the organizer of the evening, also tenant of the premises, the police had arrested a participant born in 2001, accused of willful violence, and the DJ of the evening for endangering the lives of others and possession of narcotics.

The perpetrator of violence against the police was sentenced on January 18 to 105 hours of community service, with 3 months' imprisonment in the event of non-execution.
