Erding - The first online lecture by the district advisory service on the subject of fruit tree pruning was a complete success.

The free digital lecture series of the district office started with over 80 participants from the district of Erding.

The audience response to the content and format was consistently positive.

"It is particularly gratifying that this new digital offer appeals to new target groups such as young families who love gardens," explains district consultant Michael Klinger.

He leads the courses.

District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer is also enthusiastic: "I'm pleased that we were able to reach and inform so many district citizens with the first digital lecture."

More online courses will take place in the coming weeks.

The topic of wine cutting is on Wednesday, March 3, from 7 to 8 p.m.

The pruning of roses is on Wednesday, March 17th, from 7 to 8.30 p.m.

The insect-friendly garden will be treated on Wednesday, March 31st, from 7pm to 8pm.

Registration by email to gartenbau@lra-ed.de.

The lectures are free and take place via the Zoom platform.

Access is provided by the district association for horticulture and land maintenance.
