Russian expert in the field of epidemiology Natalia Peshinichnaya expects that Corona virus infection will become a seasonal disease within a year or two.
"The Corona virus has already begun to show signs of seasonal disease, and the increase in infections recorded in the fall of 2020 may be evidence of this," TASS news agency quoted Peshinchenaya as saying.
According to the Russian expert, the infection of seasonal diseases usually spreads in the spring and autumn seasons, and therefore the number of people infected with the Coronavirus can also increase in these two seasons.
