Starnberg - a year ago investigators found three bodies in a Starnberg single-family house - now the Munich public prosecutor's office has presented the indictment against the alleged murderer of the couple and their son.
His accomplice is also charged with one of the murders.
The trial is to take place in front of a youth chamber of the Munich II regional court, probably in the summer.
Greed as a motive: the perpetrators targeted one of the victims' weapons
The main culprit is a 20-year-old from Olching (Fürstenfeldbruck district).
The charges therefore include murder, particularly serious robbery and violation of the War Weapons Control Act and the Weapons Act.
The 20-year-old is charged with three murders, the 19-year-old from Starnberg is one.
The young man is said to have planned to kill the family's 21-year-old son.
On the basis of the results of the investigation, greed is the motive, said the spokeswoman for the Munich II public prosecutor, chief prosecutor Andrea Mayer.
The two adolescents were after weapons from the 21-year-old victim that they wanted to sell.
The two stole several fully and semi-automatic firearms and weapons of war.
When the 20-year-old was searched, “a large number of firearms and weapons of war were seized,” said the prosecutor.
He must have planned the murders with an accomplice
According to the previous investigations, the Olchinger had visited his friend in the house of his parents and finally shot him.
The parents also died from a gun.
The accomplice waited outside, but then helped to load the weapons.
Since the public prosecutor's office assumes that they both planned the act together, the 19-year-old is also charged with the murder of the 21-year-old.
After finding the bodies in January 2020, the investigators initially assumed that the 21-year-old had shot his parents and then judged himself.
After two weeks, however, the investigation took a turn.
The police also found out that the 20-year-old had robbed two supermarkets.
