The police today (28th) afternoon will prosecute 47 persons arrested in January this year for "conspiracy to subvert state power", including 39 men and 8 women, aged between 23 and 64.

All the above persons will be detained overnight and will appear in West Kowloon Magistracy after 11 am tomorrow (March 1).

According to the news, Democratic Power Treasurer Guan Shangyi, former Legislative Council Members Tu Jinshen and Kwong Junyu, Liu Kaiwen, Yuan Weijie, Li Guolin, Li Zhirong who participated in the primary election of the health service sector and Andriy who participated in the Kowloon West primary election have not been prosecuted.

Starting at 1:30 in the afternoon, 53 people who participated in the primary elections of the pro-democracy party last year reported to the police station one after another.

Lin Jingnan, the founder of Abu Thai Lifestyle Department Store, reiterated that he had done nothing wrong, and was immediately prosecuted and even imprisoned. In the end he still had a clear conscience.
