The Dona Dom company won a tender to rent an apartment for a long-term lease in Ramla and will build a 300-unit project in the Neot Peres neighborhood.

This is the third project that Dona Dom will establish as part of an apartment rental plan.

The previous two: 102 housing units in Shoham and 132 housing units in Beit Shemesh.

The project in Ramla includes about 300 units, of which 200 units will be rented long-term for a period of 15 years, with 50 apartments being rented at a reduced rent and the rest at a fixed rent according to the rental prices in the area.

The remaining 100 units will be sold on the free market.

The residential tower intended for rent will be 28 floors and will be built over 3 public floors that will be spread over 3,000 square meters. The project is part of a plan to build the new Neot Peres neighborhood, which will be the northern entrance gate to the city. Employment and commercial areas amounting to 30,000 square meters.

This project joins another project to rent an apartment in Ramla, which includes 320 housing units and is being built by the Praszkowski company.
