The Ministry of Health updated that the number of infections in the last day increased by 1,429, following 24,291 additional tests, of which 6.0% were positive.

The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Sunday) that 1,429 people have been diagnosed in Corona in the past day.

This increased the number of verified infections in Israel to 774,479.

Yesterday, results were obtained for 24,291 tests, with the positive rate for the virus being 6.0%.

The test data and their results are not final and may change in subsequent updates from the Ministry of Health.

The number of active patients is 40,108.

1,278 patients are hospitalized, of whom 241 are respiratory and 776 are seriously ill.

As of today, 5,738 people have died from the corona virus in Israel.
