A man was seriously injured today (Sunday) in a riot by ultra-Orthodox in Jerusalem, after he was hit by a shuttle vehicle on a road on a main street in the capital.
The driver of the vehicle was charged, located by the police and taken for questioning.

The medical teams of the Rescue Union provided first aid to the wound, about 45 years old, on Shivtei Yisrael Street, corner of the third wall in Jerusalem.
Nahum Bernstein, a paramedic from the Rescue Union, said: "This is a pedestrian who was hit by a shuttle vehicle. We provided him with initial assistance and at this stage his condition is defined as serious."
Nehemiah Tartenberg, another paramedic from the Rescue Union, said: "After the initial assistance we provided him at the scene, he was evacuated to the hospital in an intensive care unit."
