The company, controlled by Shamgar Vaknin and Yossi Mizrahi, was born about 5 years ago, and has been building dozens of projects around the country ever since.

The company, which began operations mainly at the price per occupant, has become a leading player, and is perceived in the industry as a high-tech real estate company. In the last 3 years, it has climbed to the top five in Israel.

She started her career in 2015 with 5 employees.

About 60 employees are currently employed by Rain Holdings.

In the past year, the company reported a jump in sales compared to 2019. In 2019, 391 apartments were sold, and during 2020, 873 were sold. The volume of sales in 2019 was NIS 444 million, and in 2020 NIS 1.3 billion.

For larger projects a subsidiary unit was established in collaboration with Miloslavsky Architects and Entrepreneurs Yaniv Shula, named Rain in the City.

The execution of the projects and their marketing continued vigorously.

In 2020, 333 new apartments were sold in Nahariya, 69 apartments in Kiryat Tivon and 52 apartments in Ashkelon.

In addition, a number of new projects were opened for marketing, including one of the most intriguing projects of the period, a boutique residential complex in Jisr a-Zarqa.

During the year 2021, additional projects will be marketed, including 400 housing units and commercial areas in Jerusalem.

A common way

"The rate of growth of the population in Israel is one of the largest in the West," says Vaknin, "so there is a real need to build new neighborhoods for young families. The divorce rate in the population increases every year and increases the demand for small apartments. Therefore we chose to single out projects." A real home

As part of the holistic vision and unique vision of the company's owners, the services have been expanded by a number of new departments, including the Design Rain Department, which was opened following a need identified from conversations with sales managers and apartment buyers.

"We understood the importance of aesthetics and the design of a contractor's apartment and in fact turned it into a real home and a complete adaptation to the nature of the buyer," notes Mizrahi.

"This is where the Design Rain Department was born, specializing in designing spaces from the planning division stage to the last item placed in the house. Unlike other projects, the department is not part of changing tenants but a separate unit, accompanying the buyer from the planning stage to each apartment." .

As early as 2019, a rain execution unit was added to the park, which will carry out all of the company's projects.

She is currently carrying out the Shadow Oranim project in Kiryat Tivon, which includes 98 housing units.

Construction is in advanced stages, which predict programming to advance dedication.

It has certainly been a year full of challenges, but Yossi Mizrahi and Shamgar Vaknin are the kind of people who see every difficulty as an opportunity, and they call on you to do the same.

Mizrahi describes the day after the corona, and recommends anyone who can purchase an apartment to do so now and take advantage of the ease of the period.

"In the near future, we will see significant changes in the real estate market.

A return to routine is already being felt in the field, with still moderate increases in housing prices and indices.

Those who can afford to buy an apartment now will only benefit, as this is a time when purchase benefits have been added, housing improvement benefits and indices are still stable.

Vaknin adds: "This is not the only change expected in the real estate industry.

New apartments will have a higher floor area, in order to provide a solution to the need for space, as will the balconies.

This is a small but substantial change, which will occur in my opinion in all real estate companies, and not only in our country. In the last year there has been a significant decrease of about 50% in construction starts, along with growing demand. This predicts a moderate price increase in the coming year.
