The one hundred fourteenth session of the “Made in Syria” family shopping festival started today at Al-Galaa Gym in Mezze in Damascus, with the participation of more than 150 industrial companies from different governorates.
In the festival held by the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside, companies will display industrial food products, detergents, clothes and shoes at competitive prices and discounts on all materials.
The head of the festival's organizing committee, Talal Qalaji, confirmed that the festival, which continues until the eighth of this March, aims to provide all the products that the consumer needs, with discounts for foodstuffs ranging from 20 to 30 and for clothing from 50 to 70 percent.
The festival witnesses the participation of the "National Microfinance Corporation", which displays its products and services, according to its CEO, Munir Haroun, who explained that their goal is to contribute to the development of projects through financing and to provide legal, financial and marketing advice by all available means.
Muhammad Muzal, director of food company promotion, said that his company has been offering discounts ranging between 20 and 30 percent since the festival’s first session, and it continues to do so during the current session. The company offers discounts of up to 25 percent.
