A local source told SANA's correspondent that “the official of the so-called self-defense duty of the“ Qasd militia ”in Al-Yarubiyah district in the northeastern countryside of Hasaka shot three young men who were kidnapped and held in direct custody in one of the militia’s centers for refusing to forcibly recruit within its ranks, which led to the death of two. A third was wounded.

The source pointed out that "the three young men from Deir Ezzor who fled from the crimes of the terrorist organization" ISIS "during the previous years.

The "Qasd" militia launches campaigns to kidnap youths in the areas it controls and forcibly drive them to training camps to join its ranks in order to serve the American divisive plan in the region.
