Governor Axel Kicillof argued that the opposition

"gets on any pony"

to "hit the (national) government."

The Buenos Aires president spoke one day after the opposition march to Plaza de Mayo, after the

VIP vaccination

scandal

.

"

The opposition does not get on just any horse, but on any pony to hit the government

. First they criticized the isolation, but when the isolation began to relax they said 'how many infected there are'", Kicillof ironized, as a guest in the signal of cable

C5N

.

The governor, in that sense, said that for the opposition he went

"from being a suicide who took poison to a vaccinated VIP,"

in reference to the stage in which the Russian vaccine was questioned.

He added: "But we beat the anti-vaccines and they were defeated."

Minutes earlier, in the same report, Kicillof had expressed his opinion on the repudiated

"mortuary bags"

that were exhibited in the opposition march on Saturday in Plaza de Mayo.

"There is a level of violence. Whoever wants to demonstrate can do it, (but) there are certain parameters that have to be democratic in the protests. It cannot happen in Argentina.

It is not in bad taste, it is a horror, of terror.

That image should not have happened, "said the former Minister of Economy.

On Saturday the tenth flag was created against the government of Alberto Fernández, with a mobilization to Plaza de Mayo but which also extended to other provinces of the country, such as

Mendoza, Córdoba and Santa Fe,

and to populous cities such as Rosario, La Plata and Mar del Plata, among others.

It was a reaction to the

"Vacunagate"

that led to the resignation of the now former Minister of Health of the Nation, Ginés González García.

Regarding the consequences of the scandal, Kicillof maintained the discursive line that the President had had from Mexico:

"The Penal Code does not contemplate the 'casting' to take a covid vaccine

.

"

Although in another section, the governor pointed out: "You have to put a penalty and

raise the penalties so that it does not happen."

Finally, the governor was optimistic about the vaccination campaign in the Province of Buenos Aires and left a stick to Horacio Rodríguez Larreta after the complaint of the alleged "privatization of vaccination" in the City.

"

In the Province we come without a hidden vaccination, but neither without any private vaccination.

It would also have simplified things for me to tell a union, a social work, a prepaid: 'Vaccinate you.' (But) we decided to do it through of the state so that there is no difference, "he concluded.

For this reason, last week the prosecutor Carlos Stornelli charged the head of the Buenos Aires government and his Minister of Health, Fernán Quirós.

Kicillof's management had been questioned by the vaccination of militants who work in university call centers to assist patients with Covid remotely.

Although the workers - many under the age of 30 - had no contact with those infected, they were considered "health personnel."

Kicillof himself defended that decision.

Meanwhile, the Vip Vaccination that was revealed by Clarín and that worked in the Ministry of Health of the Nation, is investigated by the prosecutor Eduardo Taiano and the federal judge María Eugenia Capuchetti.
