Right-wing chairman, MK Naftali Bennett, last week sent a letter to the defense minister and blue-and-white chairman, MK Bnei Gantz, demanding the recognition of a 10-year-old girl who was raped in the south of the country as a victim of hostilities
"Recognize the girl as a tartar victim."

As you may recall, during February a squad of Bedouin bandits broke into her home in the Negev and while she was in bed one of them raped her.
In a letter sent by Bennett, he wrote, among other things, that "according to various testimonies, the invader, who belongs to the Bedouin diaspora and belongs to an armed force engaged in daily terror against the Jewish settlers in the Negev, has a national strategic goal: to let the settlers go, to make them leave the settlement." To liberate "the land of the Negev."
In the letter, Bennett describes that the girl suffers from post-trauma symptoms and will need treatment for many years, which entails financial difficulties, and therefore the state must help her.
He said, "The violent physical assault on its character, circumstances and content amounts to a hate crime and hostile acts."
Bennett is requesting that Ganz, as defense minister, instruct the elements he heads to classify the incident as a hostile act.
Bennett told Israel Today that "the Israeli government has abandoned the Negev to gangs of Bedouins. In the government we are cleaning up, one of the main tasks will be to return the Negev to us by all means, including the use of military force."
Minister Gantz's office said that the letter had not been received so far.
