The deputies' headquarters, one of the three headquarters set up by the southern district police chief, Peretz Amar, consists of police officers on motorcycles.

Their job is to be present at the arteries leading to Be'er Sheva and the surrounding area, to detect bullying on the road, to arrest those involved and to transfer them for interrogation at the headquarters operating at the Be'er Sheva station.
