The COVID-19 vaccination plan started recently, and Kexing Vaccines were delivered to private clinics today (March 1).
The Secretary for the Civil Service, Nie Dequan, explained the details of the vaccination plan today. He pointed out that a total of 830 private doctors or clinics have ordered a total of 63,000 doses of Kexing vaccine. People belonging to the priority group can receive free vaccination at relevant clinics as soon as tomorrow.
He said that if private clinics need to supplement, the Department of Health will deal with it.

Earlier, the government stated that more than 1,200 private doctors participated in the vaccination plan, but Nie Dequan pointed out today that only 830 private doctors or clinics have ordered a total of 63,000 doses of Kexing vaccine.
He explained that there are indeed more than a thousand private doctors who have expressed their willingness to participate in the plan, but only 830 have ordered the vaccine.
He continued that Kexing vaccines will be delivered to related clinics today, and the vaccination will start as soon as tomorrow. People belonging to the priority group can also go to private clinics for vaccination in addition to vaccination centers. The cost is also free. The list of related clinics is already available. Nie Dequan continued that there will be no upper limit on the number of private doctors participating in the plan. Doctors are welcome to participate. If there is an interest in ordering a vaccine, the Department of Health will handle it.
He also said that if private clinics wish to supplement vaccines in the future, the government will cooperate.
