Each year, the exercise is perilous for future high school graduates and their families, who must juggle between high school, their desires and uncertainties for the future, the diversity - even the complexity - of higher education and, sometimes, the selection to entry to training.
In this fourth year of using Parcoursup, the analysis of student applications and the responses of schools in previous years provides a clearer picture.
In particular, we looked at the data for the 2020 session published by the Ministry of Higher Education.
For each course, the institution specifies the number of open places, files received, admissions proposed and then accepted, and at what stage of the process, without forgetting the profile of the candidates as well as that of the admitted.
