Deir Ezzor City Council has started implementing a project to replace the damaged parts of the sewage network in the Sheikh Yassin neighborhood liberated from terrorism.
The head of Deir Ezzor City Council, Eng. Raed Mandil, said in a statement to SANA's correspondent today that within the council’s plan to replace the damaged sewage lines in the neighborhoods of the city liberated from terrorism, and after conducting a technical examination of a number of streets in the Sheikh Yassin neighborhood, it became clear that a number of them should be replaced. In turn, the Director of Technical Affairs in Deir Ezzor City Council, Engineer Samih al-Khalil, indicated that the work includes changing the old sewage network with a network of polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 40 cm for a distance of about 950 meters, and of concrete pipes with a diameter of 80 cm and a length of 37 meters in addition to concrete inspection rooms and points Rain drainage and asphalt shirt restoration.
