In public places, including in the district, they set up tables and beds to draw attention to the seriousness of their situation.
"We do not demand to be allowed to open the hell out of it", emphasizes Hans Vogl, the chairman of the hotel and restaurant association in the district at the central action in Aurach.
"Our aim is not to be forgotten as innkeepers."
The managing director of the Landgasthof Altwirt in Großhartpenning advocates clear perspectives: "If we are allowed to open again and then have to close again, that would be catastrophic." To prevent this, he also sees his colleagues' duty: "If the first just simply start again to allow your guests to sit down, that is not possible.
