Tartous-Sana
The competent authorities in Tartous Governorate have arrested a gang that promotes drugs and hashish and commits crimes of theft, looting and intimidation of citizens, and seized quantities of weapons in their possession.
An official source in the competent authorities stated to SANA correspondent that after surveillance and follow-up of people who use and promote hashish and drugs and wanted search radios in Tartous, and after careful follow-up for more than twenty days and in a tight ambush in Dweir Sheikh Saad area on 2/27-2021, the group was arrested. The so-called (pn), who has several radio stations researching against him, including drug abuse, promotion, theft, and threats, in addition to various provisions in favor of the military and civil prosecution offices, in addition to shooting at patrols during his previous pursuit, indicating that the gang is composed of the so-called (FG) and the so-called (SSG)
He added that by investigating the house of the mentioned (pbuh), a group of weapons, ammunition and electronic devices were seized in the gang's possession, and they will be referred to the competent court to obtain their penalty.
