The case in which the assembly of the VIP vaccination center on the second floor of the Ministry of Health is being investigated, led by Judge

-who concentrated in recent days all the complaints related to the scandal-, is advancing steadily.
"It is all accredited. What must be interpreted is whether or not they could do what is being investigated," judicial sources familiar with the file explained to this newspaper.

In recent days, Ginés González García, one of the two defendants along with his nephew Lisandro Bonelli, former head of the Ministry's Cabinet, presented lawyers, led by Martín Arias Duval, a former national official, from the León Arslanián study.
Secluded in San Nicolás, the city from which he is a native like the expelled minister, Bonelli has not yet done the same: in local media, he even declared responsibilities for the VIP vaccination operation of the San Nicolás hospital.

In the Capuchetti court they have been working for several days to analyze the around six thousand names that appear in the registry of vaccinated people at the Posadas -Nomivac- hospital.
For now there are no surprises.
The list of 70 officials, leaders, businessmen and friends of power revealed by the press and by the Casa Rosada, which with this leak sought to cut the scandal, and especially the payroll with the ten vaccinated in the Ministry of Health, does not need more tests.
The investigation is focused on the doses that traveled from the hospital to the Ministry of Health and those that were applied outside the vaccination plan.
A diligence to the Posadas is not yet in the investigators' plans.
"The most urgent has already been done,"
explained judicial sources.
Anyway, the Justice will have to define in the next days a series of test measures to deepen the investigation.
Despite the testimonies of the Posadas employees, they do not rule out a crossover of calls between the main parties involved.
Among them, Marcelo Guille, former officer and alternate director of Carpor SA, the company founded more than a decade ago by González García and his nephew Bonelli.
Lisandro Bonelli, the former Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Health who resigned after the VIP vaccination scandal.
After the raid last Tuesday night in the offices of the Ministry of Health, the Justice also has in its possession the film records with the movements of those days in said portfolio.
Meanwhile, it was tested how and who loaded the vaccinated into the digital system.
Despite the anger that, according to the sources, emerges from the testimonies, the specialists and employees of the Posadas told how and why the ten beneficiaries in the ministry were immunized on 9 de Julio Avenue.
