Marisol Doyle (34), the young woman who denounced Boca striker Cristian Pavón for sexual abuse, warned that she will seek the footballer to go to prison.
“I am going for the arrest of Cristian Pavón.
He said that there are illegitimate interests on my part, that does not exist because
I was always humble and I am not going to hang on the money of a player
, I want to recover my life emotionally, "said Marisol in dialogue with Crónica.
"It was on November 1, 2019 at a party in Anisacate. A close friend of Pavón invited me. I had an informal relationship with his brother, Rodrigo, and I knew these people because they belonged to the same circle," he explained.
The woman is a nurse and, since that night, everything has changed.
He had to leave behind the life that began in Córdoba to return to his parents' house, in General Pinto, in the northwest of the province of Buenos Aires.
He lost his job and is under psychological treatment.
Marisol showed on camera all the pills she takes every day, psychotropic drugs that were prescribed for her.
"When I decided to file a complaint, I stabilized with psychotropic drugs and therapy and it took me a year to rehabilitate myself and I am still using psychotropic drugs," he explained.
The young woman also said that when she arrived at the party, she found "a different panorama than what she expected,
there was a lot of alcohol, a lot of drugs
."
She recounted how the events took place in the place, said that she drank alcohol and that they shared a marijuana cigarette that decomposed her.
“I look for the bathroom and I ask Pavón where the bathroom is, between dizziness I go to the bathroom and when I am inside I feel that the door is struggling, I say that he is busy and Cristian enters suddenly and that is where the rape occurs, the harassment and intimidating words from him ”.
Pavón returned to Boca in December after his stint in MLS, but is in conflict with the club.
“He told me that it was his party and he directed, that all his people were there.
I told him that I didn't know anyone, that I went for a friend of his and he was in charge of taking care of me and he replied: 'apparently he didn't take good care of you,' "recalled Marisol, who later assured that several people wanted to enter the bathroom or that they were knocking on the door and that the player responded "it's all right, stop fucking around."

Marisol testified before the prosecutor Alejandro Peralta Otonello, who is carrying out the investigation.

According to the Cordovan court, she was summoned to testify on December 2.
He also provided conversations and chats that support his testimony, in addition to medical and psychological reports regarding the aftermath of the abuse.

For their part, the forward's defense attorneys denied the accusation through a statement.
“The complaint against Mr. Pavón is false.
For this reason, Pavón promptly reported this situation to the competent Prosecutor's Office on duty for the alleged commission of the crimes of extortion and false reporting.
