"It is high and the atmosphere is fragrant," was how Tzipori described Rabbi Yehuda the President.

He settled in Tzipori, which was then a large and prosperous Jewish city in the Lower Galilee.

From there he ran the Sanhedrin and there he signed the Mishnah.

Aside from the pleasant air of the peaks, the ancient city is depicted in those surrounded by milk and honey.

Today, Moshav Tzipori boasts the same wonderful air, and is completely surrounded by erupting nature, part of which is ancient and ancient.

From January to April, the seat is surrounded by carpets of colorful blooms.

The anemones, cyclamen and poppies are coloring the slopes and hillsides these days right now.

In May and June you can enjoy the sight of yellow wheat fields moving in the wind.

Apart from the Birdy National Park, an important stopping point for lovers of history and archeology as well as hikers wherever they are - Birdy has become a rich and intriguing culinary hotspot.

Birdy's good soil yields many partial businesses, one of the most wonderful of which is the Rish Lakish Cloth House, a family business that promotes traditional, organic and sustainable agriculture.

At the head of this small and impressive factory set up by her parents, Ruth and Micha, stands as the spearhead of their daughter Ayala Noy Meir, an agronomist who specializes in the olive industry.

Apart from being the agronomic of the family press, it is considered a light and innocent in the field and an important and respected ambassador of Israel in the Diaspora in everything related to the olive industry.

Lanoi illuminates a rich and fascinating language and it puts visitors with endless lightness and understanding into the wonders of olive oil.

She describes agricultural processes, explains characteristics of different varieties, sails through the nutritional importance of fine olive oil and conveys a particularly guided and interesting professional taste.

The oil mill has a small and magical visitor center where you can taste and purchase from the oil mill products.

Around it is a wild and captivating garden nurtured by Ruth, Doe's mother.

Birdy's local chef, Vicky Gorenstein, believes in great picnic baskets that promote travelers in the locality.

She prepares all the goodies she makes and takes care of feeding the following.

Vicki learned Latin cooking during her many years in South America as part of her husband Reuven's military mission.

There she specialized and learned the secrets of this exciting cuisine.

Upon arriving back in the homeland the family settled in Birdy and Vicky built for herself a wonderfully personal and delicious culinary route.

A combination of classic dishes from South American cuisine, with roots in Israeli roots and dishes that she, personally, simply loves to prepare and cook.

Vicki's food is fresh, colorful, happy and pampering.

She arranges the picnic baskets with great care, packs carefully and with great grace.

Among its flavors: amazing corn empanadas, fresh Latin quinoa salad, wonderful coriander and chili spread, lava, eggplant cream, homemade jam, fresh vegetables, homemade Jerusalem bagel sticks and much more.

Recently she also added to her basket milk jam and coconut muffins which are an excellent sweet treat to end a meal between there and here.

It is recommended to enjoy Vicky's food in the bird's hut overlooking a breathtaking view and a dove vine that grows tendons and twigs.
