A man was indicted for murder and a second for complicity, this Tuesday in Isère, after the report of a neighbor to whom they had requested a saw to remove the body of the victim.

Sunday evening at the Tour-du-Pin, a man "
had a somewhat surprising request: his neighbors asked him for a saw for a body to be removed
", told AFP Dietlind Baudoin, public prosecutor in Bourgoin-Jallieu, confirming information from the regional daily Le Dauphiné Libéré.
The victim, "
more or less homeless
", was then accommodated by the tenant of the apartment, added the magistrate who opened an investigation in flagrante delicto for murder, entrusted to the research brigade of Tour-du-Pin.
This tenant and a friend present that evening were taken into police custody by the gendarmes on Sunday evening and the case has since been transmitted to the Grenoble instruction center, where a judicial investigation was opened on Tuesday.
The first suspect, aged 34, was indicted on the count of murder and imprisoned, according to the public prosecutor in Grenoble, Eric Vaillant.
The second, aged 50, was indicted on the count of aiding and abetting murder and placed under judicial supervision, accompanied by several prohibitions and obligations.
The prosecution wanted his imprisonment and appealed.
According to the Dauphiné Libéré, the three men had been drinking and had quarreled on Saturday evening, the victim, aged 54, having received numerous stab wounds.
It was while trying to get rid of the body, found wrapped in plastic film according to the newspaper, that the two suspects knocked on the neighbor's door on Sunday around 10 p.m.
