Breeze Real Estate from the Etgar Real Estate Group is promoting the construction of the Artist 18 project - a spacious logistics complex in the back of the Ashdod port.
The new complex will for the first time offer small-scale logistical storage solutions tailored to end users.
The expected sales volume is NIS 300 million.

The new complex will be built to a height of 3 floors above ground level, including convenient and direct access to trucks for the benefit of unloading and loading containers of up to 40 feet.
The warehouses will be in different sizes, from 75 square meters to 2,000 square meters, with the possibility of uniting several halls.
The minimum height of the warehouse ceilings will be more than 6 meters.
The complex will provide service 24/7.
