Novelist Dr. Hassan Hamid signed his latest novel, “Al-Jarjmani”, during a ceremony hosted by the Arab Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh, in the presence of a group of writers and interested people.
And within the signing ceremony, a symposium was held in which Afra Hadba, director of the new Dilmun House for Printing and Publishing, who released the novel, spoke about the writer Hassan's ability to create developments in the arts of writing and its techniques to complement his creative career.
The author of the novel, Dr. Hassan indicated that he sought in “Al-Jarjmani” to break many of the challenges posed by the Corona pandemic, and the content of the novel was the main material for depicting what happens at the present time with a focus on the suffering that affects the lives of individuals when tribulations ravage the homelands.
Hamid said that the signing ceremony achieved a great dream for him to communicate with what he described as the hidden reader who came to this place despite the circumstances to see the contents of the novel.
Whereas the writer Saeed Al-Barghouti explained that the novel is a new creative phenomenon because it is limited to a single hero, and all the events passed through one person in various and varied messages that push the hero to stand sharply in the face of the hostility, pointing out that the novel differs from the author’s writings because it presents a different topic to what he was writing Hamid to add to the innovative new method.
