.
Given this, this Tuesday
the
judicial
morgue
of the Entre Ríos town of Oro Verde
was intervened
.
From the Entrepreneurial Judicial Power it was reported in a statement that it was on Monday when everything was discovered.
It was because of "a note presented by the head of the Forensic Medical Department, Doctor Luis Leonardo Moyano", where he warned of "
the erroneous delivery of a body
.
"
The Renault Clío burned where Cabeza's body was found in Paraná.
So it was that the victim's family learned that he had
veiled and buried the wrong person
.
According to the ElOnce.com portal, Cabeza's body is still in the Oro Verde morgue.
Now,
the body
that was buried in the cemetery will
be exhumed
and the remains corresponding to his family will be delivered.
This scandal led to the "initiation of
administrative actions
to determine the responsibilities of the unfortunate event, which among other effects has caused deep pain to those relatives and friends," they specified in the statement from the Justice and appointed the judge Susana Medina.
Marcelo Cabeza (49), the driver of the Ministry of Health of Entre Ríos assassinated in Paraná.
The body of Cabeza was found inside the burned car of one of his sisters on February 2 in an
open field
on the outskirts of Paraná.
The hands were found in a
black
nylon bag
in a city dump, about two miles from where the body was found.
The case
His family knew nothing about Cabeza since Monday, February 1, at 8:00 p.m., when he just got on board his sister's Renault Clío.
Since then, researchers have tried to fill in the blanks between that time and the discovery of the calcined body, after February 2, in order to shed light on what happened.
The last thing that was heard of Marcelo Cabeza was that he left with his sister's car.
Security cameras were reviewed and they even contacted the municipal area to gather information about the journey of the waste collection trucks that end in the Volcadero, where they found the hands after 7 o'clock on February 2.
Two suspects were arrested for the crime.
Divorced for three years, Cabeza had two children and a love for Peronism, where he was a militant.
He worked at the Ministry of Health since 2001
and was in the car rental business.
Cabeza lived with her sister Gisela, her mother, and her brother-in-law.
Another of her sisters, Caro, posted next to a photo of the victim, smiling: “
This is how I will always remember you dear Marce, with that kind smile, and I will carry in my memory those beautiful moments that we spent together.
I don't know what happened or how it was, but God has to want everything to be clarified.
A kiss to heaven 'little brother'.
RIP
