Responding to a question from deputy LR Bernard Perrut, the Minister of the Interior affirmed, having "

" added Gérald Darmanin.
The minister recalled that his colleague from Justice Éric Dupond-Moretti had taken a circular "
asking the prosecution for the immediate appearance of any person who attacks elected officials
".
Last Thursday, Jérémie Bréaud, announced that he had been the subject of insults, physical threats and throwing projectiles the day before while his vehicle was stoned.
