The King Hoon Building, 375-381 Nathan Road, Jordan, was previously included in the list of mandatory testing buildings. The government blocked the entrances and exits of the building from 7 am to 9 am this morning and asked residents to show the test results during the mandatory testing period. Information or certification confirms that testing has been carried out.

A total of 140 residents were inspected, and 20 of them did not undergo compulsory testing and were fined 5,000 yuan.

The Home Affairs Bureau stated that the Yau Tsim Mong District Office, together with the Yau Ma Tei Police District, the Health Protection Center of the Department of Health and the Auxiliary Medical Team, enforced the law at the Jinxun Building this morning. In the test announcement, a compulsory test order and/or a fixed fine of 5,000 yuan was issued. Failure to comply with the compulsory test order is a crime, and a fine of 25,000 yuan and six months' imprisonment are punishable.

According to the information, the government issued a mandatory inspection notice to the Jinxun Building twice this year. The most recent one was issued on February 28, requesting those who visited the Jinxun Building for more than two hours between February 14 and February 27. People must be tested for the virus on or before yesterday (March 1).

The government stated that it understands that the enforcement process may cause inconvenience to the residents and hopes that the citizens will understand.
