At about 9 pm, the defendants Zou Jiacheng and Cen Aohui reported that they were unwell and were sent to the hospital for treatment.

Zou Jiacheng was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance at 10pm. His hands were chained and he was escorted by police to the emergency department. Cen Aohui also reported that he was lying on a stretcher bed due to discomfort and weakness. Sent to the hospital by ambulancemen.
