The village resident Helga Schuller has now used her broad network to remedy the situation with a trainee portal.
The 46-year-old quickly won over her first comrades across the community.
The young people should be able to find training and internship positions.
At the same time, companies receive a platform for reporting vacant apprenticeships that goes beyond the municipal boundaries - that's Schuller's idea.
The result is the cooperation of the existing website www.taufkirchen-bildet-aus.de with the new website www.dorfen-bildet-aus.de.
The interior designer had appealed to companies in Dorfen and Taufkirchen via Facebook to publish open training and internship positions.
Your appeal met with a great response.

The Taufkirchen companies have been able to use such an option since the end of September, he informed them.
On this occasion, Schuller Grimm and Christa Scholz, chairwoman of the Taufkirchener Gewerbeverein, and Stefan Tremmel, head of the development association Dorfen, invited to a discussion in the coworking space she founded in Dorfen.
Many young people in the eighth to tenth grades would "hang completely in the air because of Corona".
Because of the pandemic restrictions, they are often unable to complete trial days and internships in order to be clear about their career aspirations.
For many young people it is currently not so easy to take the initiative, to get involved and to introduce themselves.
The situation is made even worse because they have been denied contact with the outside world for weeks, says Schuller.
Master hairdresser Scholz confirmed that she had not been able to accept (trial) apprentices due to Corona in the past few months, although there had been inquiries.
“We need not be surprised if the young people continue to go to school when they are not allowed to work.
At some point there will be no more qualified personnel, ”she fears.
To prevent this, the Taufkirchen trade association created the training website in September and drew attention to the “Training at home” campaign with a double-sided advertisement in the local newspaper “Kompass”, two large advertising banners at the entrances and a banner at the bus station.
"All available training professions and companies from member companies of the trade association are listed on the page," explained Scholz.
In order to continue this work, it is important to also work with trade associations in the area, she emphasized.
Tremmel agreed, after all, one had the same problems in Dorfen.
"I would be very happy if we could do something together," he said, explaining that he himself likes to employ interns from FOS on a regular basis in his electronics store "Der Heuschneider".
Everyone quickly agreed to add the Dorfen counterpart to the existing site.
The training positions can be found on both portals.
For the time being, the offer will be limited to members of the trade associations or support groups.
Schuller suggested other activities, such as online presentations by the companies or joint lectures.
She would be happy to provide her coworking space for this.
She would also like to involve other communities.
“Whether St. Wolfgang, Haag, Velden, Dorfen or Taufkirchen: We all have to work together during this time, and that doesn't just benefit the young people.” Scholz suggested bringing the schools on board that are currently not offering their training fairs could.
