He pointed out that the incident absolutely did not involve concealment, and that it was in the best interests of the patients and he hoped to report to the public as soon as possible. However, he admitted that the HA needs to improve the notification mechanism and strengthen communication between departments.
He also said that doctors must ask for medical records during consultation. If side effects are suspected due to the vaccine, they should use the electronic system to notify the management and pharmacists.
