The alleged perpetrator of the shots is still being sought, underlined the Toulouse prosecutor, Dominique Alzéari, who on Tuesday opened "
a judicial investigation of the counts of assassination and complicity in assassination
".
According to a source familiar with the matter, "
three or four men had entered a party in a building in Blagnac, where a couple and two young women had spent '' an alcoholic evening ''
".
According to the same source, one of the young women, worried, would have called her companion to come and get her.
The 25-year-old would have come by car at the foot of the building in this suburb of Toulouse, in the presence of his cousin.
The young woman would then have joined her companion, under the insults of the intruders, but would have left her friend.
The latter, feeling then in danger would have recalled his comrade asking him to come and look for her.
The young couple, who have just been indicted, reportedly returned by car while the young man's cousin followed by scooter.
For some unknown reason, the latter allegedly shot one of the intruders, fatally injuring him.
