For the companies which are most affected by the crisis, in particular those which are subject to health restrictions, this is the case for restaurants for example, they will not be included in the bonus-malus system for the years in which they are suffered administrative restrictions due to the health crisis

The minister announced Tuesday, after a meeting with the social partners, that the bonus-malus on unemployment contributions in sectors that are large consumers of short contracts will be applied in September 2022 after a period of one year of observation of business behavior.

In addition to the bonus-malus, and despite opposition from the unions, the Minister of Labor has also announced that the change in the calculation of the daily reference wage will come into force in July.
The same goes for the degression of the allowance for high salaries (more than 4,500 euros gross monthly for those under 57).
The implementation of the tightening of the opening and reloading of rights will depend on the evolution of the labor market in the coming months.
It could be introduced at the end of October at the earliest.
