The organization of victims of terrorism "Almagor" has decided to establish a civilian task force that will act against the International Court of Justice • "The legal institution fights precisely against those who defend themselves against terrorism"
Following the decision of the Hague Tribunal to open an investigation against the State of Israel, it was decided to establish a civilian task force to act against the Tribunal.
The force will be established by the victims of terrorism in the Almagor organization, and in cooperation with civilian organizations and victims of terrorism from abroad. In the past, a delegation of the organization operated in The Hague on the issue of the separation fence discussed there.
The Almagor terrorist victims' organization said: "The court in The Hague, which was established as a continuation of the Nuremberg Trials Court that dealt with Nazi war criminals, was in fact recently 'kidnapped' by elements identifying with Palestinian terrorism and turned it into a tool and aid to terrorism."
Lt. Col. Meir Indor, a son of Holocaust survivors and a terrorist wounded man, said: "The legal institution that should have stood to the right of the survivors and their descendants, stood up for its creators and fought against those defending themselves from terrorism and war crimes."
At the same time, Almagor is demanding sanctions against the Palestinian Authority, which turned to The Hague: "Since Israel transfers money to the PA from tax collection, the financing of the lawsuit has become paradoxical by us and must be stopped," Almagor says.
