The facts alleged against the young woman would have taken place during a demonstration for Adama Traoré, on June 2, 2020 in Paris.

On June 2, 2016, at the beginning of the evening, a huge crowd converged on the Porte de Clichy, soon followed by reinforcements of the police mobilized in emergency, under the dumbfounded eyes of the inhabitants of the 17th arrondissement of Paris.

The authorities did not expect more than 20,000 people to gather that evening around the Batignolles judicial court, at the call of the family of Adama Traoré, this young black man who died after his arrest on July 19 2016 in Val-d'Oise.

“Shame!

It's shame on you all, but especially on you.

Shame on you!

Sold!

You're on their side ”

.

This earned her, this Wednesday, March 3, to cross as an accused the doors of the court before which she had demonstrated.

Judged for "contempt of a person holding public authority", the young woman faces one year in prison and a fine of 15,000 euros.
