The Haifa District of the Bar Association drew criticism after it decided to hold a "lecture on styling" on the occasion of Women's Day, which will be held this coming Sunday.

According to the invitation to the event, the topics of the lecture will be "how to build a smart, versatile and correct wardrobe, must-have items in every career women's closet, how to upgrade a workday outfit to an evening look, and the right combination of contemporary trends and flattering shades."

In recent days, the district committee has posted the lecture on its Facebook page, drawing angry reactions from lawyers.

"Simply humiliating, I have no other word," one of them wrote, while another lawyer responded: "To represent women in the field and more. Sometimes, it's better not to do and say nothing than to initiate something so shameful."
