Lost property in Weilheim:

On Tuesday between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., a white Huawei cell phone was lost in the “Hagebaumarkt” in Weilheim.

Despite an immediate search by the injured party, the mobile phone could no longer be found in the hardware store.

Witnesses who have made observations in this regard are asked to report to the Weilheim police on 0881/6400.

Accident escape

in Unterhausen:

Drunk driving in Peißenberg:

As part of a general traffic control on Wednesday, shortly before midnight, a 50-year-old Peißenberger was stopped and checked in the Sonnenstrasse by a patrol from the Weilheim police.

Since the driver could smell alcohol and a test showed a value of almost one per thousand, the driver can now expect a fine of 500 euros, two points and a one-month driving ban.

Ape destroyed near Steingaden:

On Wednesday, 03.03.2021, around 05:40 a.m., a 17-year-old woman from the Altlandkreis Schongau drove her Ape on the B17 from Steingaden towards Füssen.

At the level of the hamlet of Hose, the Ape stopped in the street due to a technical breakdown.

Shortly afterwards, a 78-year-old man from Peiting driving in the same direction overlooks the Ape standing on the open road and drove his car onto the Ape from behind.

There was property damage of around € 1,000 on the car and a total loss of € 3,000 on the Ape.

Fortunately, the 17-year-old got out of her vehicle after the breakdown and was on the right edge of the lane at the time of the collision, so she was not injured.

Audi

drove into Schongau

and fled:

On Wednesday, 03.03.2021, between 7:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., an Audi car of a 42-year-old woman from Peiting, which was parked in Burggener Strasse in Schongau, was hit and damaged by a previously unknown vehicle .

The left side of the Audi car was damaged, based on the damage, the previously unknown vehicle is likely to have grazed the parked car either when parking or leaving.

Despite the damage caused by € 1,500, the perpetrator left the scene of the accident without permission.

Racing cyclist falls on the diesel track in Schongau:

On Wednesday, 03.03.2021, shortly before 5 p.m., a 55-year-old racing cyclist came from Bernbeurer Strasse into the Marktoberdorfer Strasse roundabout in Schongau and wanted to continue his journey towards the city center.

However, due to a larger diesel lane, the racing cyclist slipped away at the roundabout and fell in the process.

The racing cyclist suffered minor injuries from the fall.

According to witness statements, a VW van and its driver, a 43-year-old man from Schongau, were found to be responsible for the diesel track.

The pickup truck driver was filling up his vehicle at the nearby gas station and forgot to screw on his gas cap.

As a result, he lost a large amount of diesel at the Marktoberdorfer Strasse / Zugspitzstrasse roundabout, but had not noticed this and drove on.

Immediately afterwards, the racing cyclist apparently fell.

A preliminary investigation was initiated against the 43-year-old Schongauer for dangerous interference in road traffic.
