Iranian President Hassan Rouhani today reaffirmed that Iran's nuclear activities are completely peaceful, calling on the International Atomic Energy Agency to comfortably monitor them.
IRNA quoted Rouhani as saying in a speech, "The International Atomic Energy Agency is not a place for political games, which obliges some people not to believe that in these new circumstances they can add something to the nuclear agreement."
Rouhani added, "These days European countries are seeking to issue a draft resolution against Iran in the agency," indicating that the nuclear agreement is a text and one agreement, and we will not negotiate anything new in it.
Rouhani pointed out that America inflicted losses on Iran of more than 200 billion dollars directly as a result of the unilateral coercive measures it imposed on the country, noting that Iran had previously announced its readiness to return to its pledges as soon as the embargo was canceled.
