While a return to routine is on the doorstep and many of the new habits we have developed over the past year are going to disappear, we may still have become more homely creatures who enjoy lying on the couch and watching Cristiano Ronaldo score another goal.

Either way, good football requires a proper snack, and even a drowsy viewing of Grey's Anatomy needs a boost of good taste, so I've made you a recipe for a Parmesan snack that you can not stop eating. 

List of ingredients for 12 snacks



4 proteins



1 teaspoon garlic powder



2 teaspoons paprika



1 teaspoon dry oregano a



little salt



Black pepper to taste



½ cup grated parmesan

For dips:



1 cup yogurt



2 teaspoons olive spread



1-2 teaspoons arisa spread (depending on how spicy you like)

How to prepare:



Using a fork or hand whisk, mix the egg whites with the spices.

(Caution with salt and salt Parmesan)



Grease a muffin tin and divide the protein mixture evenly between the sockets.



Sprinkle the parmesan evenly over.



Bake in the oven over high heat, 200 degrees for 12-15 until the parmesan is golden.



Refrigerate for a few minutes.



Meanwhile, mix half a cup of yogurt with the olive spread and the other half with the harissa.



Devour the snack with the dips.
