The defendant, Nathalie Haddadi, was not present when the decision was announced.

The justice accused him of having sent money to his son, Belabbas Bounaga, but also of having helped this young Franco-Algerian delinquent radicalized in prison to leave France, while he was targeted by an exit ban. of the territory.

At the end of the trial at first instance, in 2017, she was sentenced to two years in prison, without a committal warrant.

Belabbas Bounaga probably died in action in the Iraqi-Syrian zone in August 2016. He was 21 years old.

His mother remains registered with the perpetrators of terrorist offenses (Fijait).
