XV of France: what state of form for the Blues before facing England

2021-03-05T18:46:51.826Z

Next Saturday, March 13, the XV of France challenges the XV of the Rose at Twickenham. A Crunch that some Blues will tackle having not played since February 13 and a success in Dublin.

Sunday evening, the Blues return to Marcoussis, under the rule of a health protocol closely monitored by Raphaël Ibanez, in order to prepare for the Crunch against the English, on Saturday March 13 (5:45 p.m.) at Twickenham.

A meeting that some will approach without having played a single minute since the victory in Dublin on February 13.

Most will not even have trained, between symptoms to treat and isolation to observe.

This could prove harmful to the physical condition of the France team.

Not to mention the risk of injury when resuming training with the Blues.

Without presuming the group of 31 players that will be announced this Saturday evening, here is the situation of the workforce, knowing that the French staff has left all the players - about fifty, between the twelve players tested positive, their substitutes and the rest of the troops, considered as contact cases - available to the clubs, encouraging them to align them this weekend during the 20th day of the Top 14 in order to give them a little rhythm.
