Munich / Berlin - After a marathon meeting between the federal and state governments, it was clear on Wednesday evening: The lockdown * will be extended until March 28th.
In the Corona * crisis, there should also be more freedom.
Chancellor Angela Merkel * (CDU *) explained the planned opening steps at a press conference.
Where the federal and state governments have not agreed new regulations, the previous resolutions are to continue to apply until March 28.
Bavaria's Prime Minister Markus Söder * specified the easing for the Free State in a press conference on Thursday and at the same time urged caution in view of the opening steps.

All schools in Bavaria will open again from March 15 - if the incidence is right
In addition, there are a number of Bavarian measures.
The most important innovation: All schools should gradually open again by Easter.
Here, too, the opening perspectives are linked to the incidence values of the respective districts or urban districts.
If the incidence is below 50, all primary school students will be allowed to attend classroom classes again from March 15.
All secondary schools are allowed to take alternating classes.
For the first time also the intermediate level up to the 11th grade.
In order for it to be opened, the 7-day incidence must have fallen below the limit value for seven days.
So: Incidence below 50 for a week = schools open.
If the incidence is between 50 and 100, all students go back to alternating classes.
If the incidence is over 100, distance teaching applies to everyone again, with the exception of graduating classes.
With an extensive test concept, teachers should be tested twice a week, there is a voluntary test offer for students, outbreaks should be caught quickly.

“That's why we have to be very careful that we don't enter the next big lockdown carelessly.
If a lot of people talk about Easter, then Easter will either be a good time or maybe the next lockdown. ”That is why they have now decided on“ a triad of caution, trust and responsibility ”.
After the summit, Söder had already made it clear that he would in principle go along with the agreed easing for Bavaria.

Level 5 - 14 days later / from April 5 at the earliest:

Incidence under 50: outdoor leisure events (max. 50 participants), indoor contact sports

From March 8, a maximum of five people from two households should be allowed to meet.
Couples generally count as one household.
If the incidence falls below 35, meetings of up to ten people from three households can be allowed.

Everyone should be able to take a free quick test at least once a week.
